[b]KTS ISTOK[/b] is a complex of instruments and devices perfectly integrated into a multy sensor commercial and process metering and measuring system for consumption and flow measuring, controlling and distribution of energy resources (electric and heat power, gas, steam, water, compressed air and the like) in any branch of industry, power engineering, agriculture and utility services. [b]KTS ISTOK[/b] is a module software and hardware integrated system maintaining 'server/client' technology. The architecture of [b]KTS ISTOK[/b] is a free-configurated set of measuring systems [b](CI) ISTOK[/b] integrated into an information-measuring system by the program package [b]ISTOK SERVER/ARM[/b].

The Research-and-manufacturing centre "Spezsistema" has been on the market for already 17 years. We offer complex engineering solutions in the field of energy saving. The main trends in our activities are:

1. The Instruments and complexes for the control power resources consumption - 16 modifications of the measuring system for any diameter pipe lines, flows and pressures.
2. Automated systems for complex metering and measuring of power resource consumption (heat, steam, water, gas, compressed air, electric power). It allows to lead operative control of energy process, to optimize the modes of power resource consumption, to monitor operative data analysis, to check administrative and engineering measures directed at resource saving.
3. Engineering services on:
   • examination of energy sectors and preparing engineering solutions on installation or modernization of energy equipment;
   • optimum choice of delivered instruments and equipment on the basis of "reasonable price/high quality".

   • instruments for automated data collection and processing in power systems;
